Dermapen Microneedling Therapy
This procedure is a minimally-invasive, non-surgical skin rejuvenating technique. Also known as Collagen Induction Therapy, this treatment uses an automated medical device containing multiple fine needles to create microchannels in the skin for increased circulation and natural collagen production in the treated area. This newly created collagen provides the skin with additional support and helps to improve overall health and quality.
Dermapen micro-needling treatment helps tighten skin, improve scars, stretch marks, fine lines, and wrinkles, and aids the absorption of topical skincare products.
Microneedling is safe for all skin types. In addition to stimulating collagen, it treats fine lines and wrinkles, improves skin texture, reduces the appearance of large pores, and enhances penetration of topical skin care products.

Dermapen FAQ's
The number of treatment sessions needed to achieve optimal results can vary from patient to patient, depending on the patient's aesthetic goals and the condition being treated. We typically recommend a series of three to six treatment sessions spaced approximately four to six weeks apart. Some patients may benefit from a single micro-needling treatment scheduled once or twice a year to maintain the skin's health and enhance the regular skincare regimen.
Most patients immediately experience a noticeable improvement in the tone and texture of their skin. Still, the full effects of this rejuvenation treatment usually develop within a few weeks of your treatment session, with continued improvement in the quality of your skin as the new collagen develops for up to six months following a treatment session.
Some patients may experience temporary side effects, including facial redness, peeling, and tenderness in the treated area, similar to a mild sunburn. However, these side effects are typically mild and generally subside on their own within three to five days of a treatment session.
We topically numb before treatment, so most patients don't experience any discomfort.
