Cosmetic Fillers
Rejuvenate Your Appearance with Cosmetic fillers
Injectable fillers have been used for decades for facial rejuvenation. However, choosing the right injector is critical in achieving the best results.
The most commonly used type of Injectable Fillers is Hyaluronic Acid fillers, including Juvederm, Restylane, RHA, Versa, and Belotero. Hyaluronic Acid is naturally within our tissues, making it exceptionally well tolerated. The gel fillers pull in water and volumize the areas where they are injected. They can be used deep within the tissue to give lift, superficially for fine lines and wrinkles, and help add balance to the overall facial shape.
We take a balanced approach to Beauty and are known for our Full Face Rejuvenation, or liquid facelift,” using injectable fillers. Instead of focusing on one area, we will encourage you to point out the areas of concern for you and then explain anatomically what is creating that issue and the best way to solve that. By addressing the underlying cause, we can give you the most natural results, making you look “refreshed” without one feature looking “done.” We will also point out if certain features overshadow other parts and the best way of addressing the situation for complete balance.
It comes down to the aesthetic judgment of the injector and the empathy as well since we want to create the best version of YOU. That is the core of what we do here at Arria MedSpa and why we have such a loyal patient base.

Filler FAQ's
How long injectable fillers last depends on the location, the products used, and the patient's activity level. Most Hyaluronic Acid injectables are FDA approved for up to a year (some even up to 2 years), but they require maintenance over time. Certain areas, such as the lips, which have very active muscles, will break down in 6-9 months, whereas treatment in the under eyes can sometimes last many years.
Our bodies have an enzyme, Hyaluronidase, that breaks down our own natural Hyaluronic Acid, and this enzyme will break down these products over time in a very similar way. However, many people don't want to wait for it to "wear off" naturally. In those cases, we carry Hyaluronidase at our practice, the enzyme that can be injected to break down the injectable filler within a few minutes.
