Dr. Allen Rosen
Plastic Surgeon
One of America’s Top Docs, Allen Rosen, was named one of the finest plastic surgeons in New York and New Jersey, by both New York Magazine and New Jersey Monthly Magazine. For twelve years running, peer surveys by Castle Connolly Medical have recognized Dr. Rosen as one of our country’s premier plastic surgeons. Good Morning America, MTV, Eyewitness News, CBS and NBC, have profiled his work and he has been an invited guest on News 12 New Jersey and numerous other network media events. He has been quoted in Allure, Shape, and Self magazines, New York Daily News, Wall Street Journal and the Washington Times For over two decades Dr. Rosen has been a distinguished spokesperson for the American Society of Plastic Surgery and is the founding partner and medical director of the Plastic Surgery Group. After finishing his surgical training at Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center in New York, Dr. Rosen relocated to New Jersey where he serves as Assistant Clinical Professor in the Department of Plastic Surgery at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. Recently, Dr. Rosen was also featured in the book, “The Leading Physicians of the World – Doctors of Excellence.” The leading physicians of the world not only serves as a reference and a guide for medical professionals and consumers but is also a symbol of status and achievement in your specific specialty and medical profession. Dr. Valerie Ablaza
Plastic Surgeon
Dr. Valerie J. Ablaza is a partner and the Corporate Vice President of The Plastic Surgery Group. She is unique in her profession, noting that just one out of 10 plastic surgeons are women.

I wanted to be a plastic surgeon so I could repair people’s bodies, in ways big and small, not just to improve their looks, but to help them align their physical appearance with their internal perception of themselves. Dr. Valerie Ablaza is board certified by The American Society of Plastic Surgeons and is a Fellow of The American College of Surgeons. She is also a member of The American Society of Plastic Surgeons, Phi Beta Kappa and the Alpha Epsilon Delta honor society. She received her medical degree from The Medical College of Pennsylvania, completed her residency in plastic surgery at The New York Hospital/Cornell Medical Center, and finished her training with a fellowship in breast and aesthetic surgery in Nashville, Tennessee, with the internationally renowned plastic surgeon G. Patrick Maxwell. Dr. Ablaza was selected as one of “America’s Top Plastic Surgeons.”
Dr. John Cece
Plastic Surgeon
Dr. John Arthur Cece is a fellowship trained and board eligible plastic and reconstructive surgeon with specialization in microvascular and aesthetic surgery. He received his Medical Doctorate at Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School and completed his integrated plastic surgery residency at Rutgers New Jersey Medical School.
After residency, Dr Cece pursued further training in New York City, where he completed his Aesthetic Surgery and Microsurgical Breast Fellowship at the world-renowned Manhattan Eye, Ear, and Throat Hospital.
Dr Cece has a special interest in facial and breast aesthetic surgery. During his fellowship, he had the opportunity to train under many of the world’s leaders in rhinoplasty, facelift, blepharoplasty, breast augmentation, and body contouring. In addition to aesthetic surgery, Dr. Cece received extensive training in breast reconstruction. He performs all types of implant-based and free flap breast reconstruction including DIEP, SIEA, TUG, DUG, and PAP flaps. In addition, Dr. Cece offers DIEP flap neurotization, a new development in free flap breast reconstruction, which can provide protective sensation and an overall more natural feel to the reconstructed breast.
As a native of New Jersey, Dr. Cece is excited about the opportunity to return home and serve his local community. He firmly believes in building a partnership with his patients to deliver the most advanced and personalized care possible.
